The house has been built in 2013. It has 3 bed rooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. As of 2017 it also has a plunge pool at the terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. It is situated in a quiet residential area, with the main road about 100 meters below. The road is not heavily trafficked, so there area is quiet and good for relaxation. The house commands a breathtaking view over the ocean below and Praslin Island in the distance. There are small shops nearby for grocery shopping, and Victoria town center is 15 minutes away by car. In the opposite direct, and also around 15 minutes away is the popular Beau Vallon beach with restaurants, supermarkets and a long beautiful white sand beach. Carana and North East point beaches are around 1 km away from the house. The rocky coast just below the house provides excellent swimming and snorkeling opportunities.
